To refine my understanding of the needs of GP, I interviewed a GP and observed their typical procedures in a medical appointment. This gave me insights into the patient registration process, patient-doctor interaction, pathology, and diagnosis. I also conducted a market research to assess the existing software solutions used by GP in Australia and determine the essential UI elements that they need in their practice.
